When I posted those artsy pics to my facebook account yesterday, some people (who know me very well) commented how it was amazing I still had this car after so long (11 months is on the high side when it comes to how long I keep cars). My plain and simple response was that there's nothing around at the moment that I'd rather be driving. When I bought my previous car (Audi A6 Avant 2.7T) I was already looking around at what I'd replace it with after only 5-6 months. Every other weekend or so I was walking around car dealerships, taking test drives (of which the RS6 Plus with 510bhp was the most fun getting it up to 175mph), and researching. I haven't done any of that in the almost 11 months since I've bought this BMW.

Must be good to change cars so often. At this point I plan to hold onto my 550 and then get a second car later. My boss has one of the original 6 series that he still pampers. Never thought I would hold onto any car that long, but seem like a cool idea at the moment.
