Bro, FIRST OF ALL
This "emergency" where you bought a car with bad paint....
We don't understand. Did you not see the car before you made the purchase? Most of the members here are very helpful but this is not an emergency at all.
Second, you took blurry night pictures and posted on a forum instead of going to a body shop where people deal with this for a living. Help us understand how we are supposed to begin to help you.

If its a wrap, then you can see where the wrap ends, usually in the doorjams, under the hood, trunk, fender wells, etc.
Does the previous owner know anything about what went on? who did you buy from? a young kid?
