Drove into work this morning, parked the car and I noticed the sound of air slowly leaking from the right rear tire side. First thing I thought was well great I get to change a tire before going home. I just checked the tire about 20 minutes ago and its full, but I still hear air leaking! So where is the air leaking from? Any ideas?

Are they runflats? May still appear full but that is the hard sidewall of the runflat holding up the car, not the air pressure.

I found out they are run flats. As soon as I get off work I'm off to the tire store to see whats up. Thanks.

I had a similar air leak sound when I owned my 2006 330ci back in 2007, I brought it to BMW and they said it was the normal sound of the fuel pump. For me not to be concerned and to only worry when I dont hear it. So maybe its the same case for you!! Good Luck though....

Went to the tire store, found that I have a screw in the R/R tire (fixable). I'm going back first thing in the AM to get the tire taken care of, the place was too busy to get it repaired today. I'm glad I have the day off tommorow.
