I recommend a shop vac with a thin computer keyboard hose attachment. This will allow maximum suction while you can thread the thin vac hose through the bulb opening. Pick up the vac accessory at Comp USA or any other computer store.

i just noticed this bee in my pass side tail light, my dealer said its not covered by waranty because the tail light is sealed which i replied "well then how the hell did it get in there". and now im gettin a new tail light

That's too funny
FWIW, many light housing are not sealed to allow for some venting of gasses when the housing heats up.

Lots of reports of insects getting into the tail light there were a few aout flies in there...
Sure its sealed? What about the part where you insert the bulb into the housing? It can enter there when the bulb is out.
Heres one example...

I also had an insect in the right tail light assembly of my 2005 530i. Was going to talk to the dealer about it, but figured that they would say it wasn't covered under warranty so I took care of it myself.
Once I got the right panel (carpeted) off, I removed the bulb assembly and then removed (4 screws) the entire tail light assembly from the car. Shook the insect out and then put everything back together. Probably could have left the tail light assembly in the car and used a vacuum to remove the insect, but wasn't sure if there was enough suction.
FWIW, the tail light assembly is NOT sealed. Once an insect is inside the panel, it will head for the light like a homing pigeon!

This is a BMW classic issue
I have had on two new BMW's a insect in my rear light assembly,
and always on the right hand side.
I bought my 320Ci in '99 I found out that I had I mouse nest in the
engine. No mouses though!
This car also had a fly in the rear light.
My old E60 also had a bug.
