Well yeah kinda sorta, but you still have to push a button. Turn on the radio upon entering the car and you will not see the warning screen, but as i said u still have to push a button so what is the point but it works

[/quote]I want to know more about this. I thought the radio was always on, and could only be muted. Tell me more specifically about what you mean by "turn the radio on".
I think they should "auto-off" the warning after about 10 seconds, and then revert back to the last screen used. But that would be too obvious for lawyers.

CD mutes (i.e. it would eject if it were turned off) but radio doesn't have any moving parts so it is either off or on. On earlier S/W, the mute issue arose because when the CD was playing, if you pressed the round button, it would continue to play with no sound but with no pause either.
Regarding "turn the radio on" before you start the car, this means that if you press the round button before you turn the key, the radio will start playing and the disclaimer will not appear. I can't confirm that though as I have never tried.
