Hi guys does anybody know what is involved in a "stat vehicle insp" & "stat exhaust insp" as is flashing up through my I drive as due?

Ive been told this ties in with MOT of the car and should not worry about it and reset the date again manually?

Help needed

You can use iDrive to set that to the date for your car's State Motor Vehicle Inspection Date. Mine just flashed an alert too - in time for the January 2010 state inspection.

Ahh right i see, so once the inspection is completed you just manually change the date yourself in accordance.
I had my MOT inspection carried out earlier when i first bought the car I didnt know i was to re adjust the date.
