I-Drive Display Problems!!!

All,
My I-Drive periodically will not shut down when the car is shut off. I have attempted to shut it down manually, and it refuses to shut down or I could let it stay on and drain the battery:thumbsdown: . Sooo... I have to disconnect the battery terminal to shut it down
, which in turn kills my Active Steering and Anti- Window trap functions 
. Is there any other option besides continuing to take the car to the dealer for further diagnosis or continuing to disconnect the terminal when this happens?
Please Help!!!

Had a similar problem with a uncompatible Bluetooth phone. Once I deleted the phone iDrive shut down normally.

It happen many times with my bluetooth phone. If I walk away with my phone, it will eventually shut-down my i-drive.
