My Ride: its bmw E60 2010 with winter package
Default I dont know which wall to bang my head on

So, two months back, I'm cruising with a buddy, and bam, traction control and DSC lights decide it's party time on my dashboard. Quick pit stop, restart – no luck. Park the car for a couple of days, battery's flat as a pancake. No OBD scanner, so I let it chill till I get one.

Ordered a new battery and scanner, tried jumping the dead one – no go. Slapped in the new battery, scanned the car – front left wheel speed sensor is the culprit. Changed it, but surprise, the ABS and DSC lights are still having a blast.

Now here's the kicker: no lights on startup, hit the road, and DSC light joins the fun. Brake time, ABS light wants in on the action. Plus, after swapping the battery, the generator's throwing a 15.4 nominal voltage, no dashboard errors. It's like my car's got a whole light show after I hit the gas. Need some laid-back advice to crack this automotive mystery.

Could be a bad alternator regulator. Check your charging system and battery charge histogram. Did you register the new battery?

If your alternator is at 15.4v then you need a new voltage regulator. Did you register and or code your new battery if not that needs to be done. Did you use OE or OEM sensor or an aftermarket. It being a sensor I would use OEM at minimum because aftermarket doesn't work all the time depending on the brand

Resolve the voltage issue first.
