My Ride: 2008 535i Sport, Premium, space gray metallic
![Default](https://5series.net/forums/images/icons/icon1.gif)
My wife has had three accidents in the past year, two with the MINI Cooper S and one with the VW Touareg.
Needless to say, I'm a little concerned about her taking out the 2008 535i, space grey, premium, sport, heating, etc.

I just wondered if there's any more "Modern Men" out there who will admit to feminine moments at times of crisis(es?).
S**t happens.

Wife proof you say....
My wife has a love/hate relationship with my manual 550. Loves to drive it, hates the pressure of driving it... She doesn't even like me to watch her pull it out of the garage and down the driveway.
Her worst fears were realized a month ago when she pulled out of a parking spot and ran the left front fender into a big concrete planter strategically located next to the parking spot
. She was crying so hard when she called me, I thought someone had died
.
$3K later and I'm back in business...
I know we love em' and obsess about em'(referring to cars now) but aside from coming to grips with the fact that they won't be perfect forever, there's not much that insurance/cash won't fix.
