I dont even know what the hell is wrong with it.. I had it in for service about 3 weeks ago.. Then about 2 days ago it started telling me that the engine is running high.. etc.. then it would change to "shut the car off the engine is overheating..!" ..So.... i went home, waited for the car to cool down, opened the hood, checked the fluid level.. Seemed fine, but i added a little bit of fluid anyways.. needless to say i ended up getting towed to the dealer
and now im in a 328i.. anyone have this problem? disgusted...

Damn that sucks. Sucks even more that they gave you a 328.
I had a simliar thing happen. I had my clutch overheating and the car wouldn't move in the city after taking it out of a parking lot. I had to get out and push it out of the street. I popped the hood to let traffic cops know that I had car trouble. Then I waited about an hour to cool off and outta nowhere a traffic cop scans my registration. I was yelling at her trying to convince her that I had car trouble. She gave me the ticket and she said that I can fight it by getting a tow truck and get it towed to prove it.
Car was fine, drove home, got my friend to give me a tow truck receipt and mailed it in
