just found out that 525i from 04-05 is a 2.5 liter engine with 185hp vs.
06-07 which is 3.0 liter with 215hp. damn damn damn!!!

no more comments. i am venting right now.

You are doing your research a little backwards here... don't you think? Your 525 is not bad, but 185 hp for the weight of this car is a bit underpowered. My wife had a 325 for a few years and it was fun, but it certainly lacked in the power department.
That being said, based on your sig, you have some other, more highpowered options to drive when you wish. Enjoy the 525. It is a great all around car. Adequate power, above average handling, and great comfort.

lol. well i wasn't doing research. Just some info i stumbled across.
Not a big deal. I am happy with the okay power. It's not a speed chaser but a cruiser (that's the way i will have to look at it).

just wanted to vent. nothing more.

well to make you feel better, I wanted 535i but didnt know when it was coming out so I got 530I instead. Week later, they got it in the showroom

I know the feeling. The year after I bought my 545i, they came out with the 550i. damn, should have waited.
