Again, I'll say that the HUD looks way, way better in person.

kigerka, I think the problem with the quality of your pics is that your camera is focusing past the windshield. If you have a manual focus override, you might want to try it out.

I will give it a shot. You can override the auto focus. good call. Didn't think if it.

If you can't override the focus successfully, try spot focusing on the wiper arm or something closer to the correct focal distance of the HUD image.

Another thing to try is force a small lens aperture. That'll increase the depth-of-field to allow more things to be in focus in front of or behind the actual focus point.

I posted some pics a couple of months ago.

Try search on HUD and you will find them.

Here's another one, not as good as the other.

At night this feature is great (and on a sunny day also!)

This is truly amazing. I wish I had it on my car but may car was already in production when I picked it, and there was no heads-up in it.

Is it easy to get used to, or do you find yourself also looking at the dash as well?

After just a short time, the dash becomes a pain to look at. You start wishing the HUD had more and more in it.

It turned out to be a truly useful feature that I thought would just be something I'd like because of the gadget factor.

I do not even look at the dash anymore. No need to really. If something goes wrong it will dispay on the HUD as well. Like fasten seatbelts and such.

jmnieves; it looks like you got the limiter warning... So what else comes on the HUD display while driving other than:

- Speed
- Nav Directions
- Speed Limiter warning.

Do you get an indicator if cruise is on (standard cruise)?
