HUD and night vision: who can provide a pic?

Hi guys!
Could anyone with HUD and Night Vision provide a pic of his lights switch?
Maybe better two pics, Xenon+HUD and Xenon+HUD+Night Vision.
I have to choose the switch for the HUD retrofit and I would like to get the Xenon+Hud+Night Vision (#6131 6 946 339), but I'd like to see it first.

My Ride: 2008 535xi, Platinum Grey, Black Dakota leather, Light Poplar Wood, Anthracite headliner, Premium, Sport, Cold Weather, Nav, HUD, PDC, Night Vision, Logic7, iPod / USB, HD Radio, Sunshades, Heated Rear seats, and Folding Rear Seats.

I wonder how that combination looks like in the EU where we have both front and rear fog light buttons. Alex what you need is an EU driver with HUD, Xenons and Night Vision.

OK, so we have to wait for someone from EU with HUD and Night Vision: it won't be easy to find
