My Ride: 03 530i delivered 10/02, steptronic, premium package, cold weather package, HID, lumbar support, sapphire black, tan interior - sold 12/04
05 545i delivered 12/04, smg, sports package, cold weather package, logic 7, HUD, sapphire black, black interior, tinted windows
Does anyone know if its possible to have the current drive gear displayed in the HUD ?
Looking at the dislay settings options it's not available which suprised me.
I'm new to this forum and the discussions are very helpful.
Thanks

What would really be nice, Ice, would be if we could select from a menu of about ten items for any four or five to be displayed in the head up so we could keep the head up.

Thanks for the responses.
Adding info to the HUD might just be a software issue.
Hopefully BMW will address this and make HUD mean what its supposed to mean
