Nope, the one you just posted is the CS, the 4 door concept. I think we were all hoping the new 7 would look similar to this...The CS has been discussed in a few threads as well, the trusty search bar can find you a few more threads with pics of that as well...

But the car is a tribute to the old M1 so they were a bit limited in their design. I do like the wheels especially when you see thim side on.
The M1 was one of the first ever true supercars. I wonder if bringing it back to life is the spartest idea.
It's a lovely looking motor when you know about the M1, but if you're not that crazy about history then there are better looking cars out there I reckon.
