how to transfer car from jack to axle stands?

Up to you of course, but after you do it you will smile and say "not that bad".

Yes, there are no better feelings than a sense of accomplishment.

When I decided to do it, I will definitely confirm my opinion to guys like me with such sentiment.

That I've never had to do.... I adjust them depending on the job I'm doing never had a need to adjust them after there on the stands.
