Hey guys,
My car is due for SMOG and I have the "Service Engine Soon" on my dash.
I did my maintenance about half a year ago but did not reset anything. Today I tried to do that.
I managed to reset the Oil, Vehicle Check, Rear Break Pads, Brake Fluid, Micro Filter.... But I could not reset Front Brake Pads and Emission Inspection.
If anyone can please help me on how to reset those, I will greatly appreciate it.
Second thing... Once everything is reset, will I still have the "Service Engine Soon" light on my dash? If not, how do I get rid of it?
Thanks!

You will still have the service engine light on. I had the same problem. Had my car serviced, brake line changed, all that stuff. Got the car back and all lights were off. A day later, the engine light came back on. If you figure it out, I would love to hear how you did it. GL

I had the same thing happen. My service light came on. Anyway I had a friend of mine just do a reset with his handheld scanner. It's been off ever since. As for the front brakes, did u changed the sensor? If not that's probably why it won't reset. The samething happened to me.
