How to remove rear tow clip

I know this is a dumb question but does anyone know how to remove the rear tow clip from a Mkit bumper? I see an arrow pointing down do that mean pry there?

Any info would be greatly appreicated.

Yes there should be a notch where you insert a screw driver and pry the cap open

If I remember correctly, you need to push in where the arrow is...
