We lost one of our keys and got a new one. Initially I used it and it seemed to self-program with a few steps that I must have done by mistake. However since I got the new CAS unit installed last week, only my key works and my wife's does not.

I had heard that there is some kind of procedure that requires you to 'introduce' the key to the car through programming.

Does anyone know how to do this programming?

Anyone's experience would be appreciated. thanks...

I agree. I think both keys should have been present at the time of the CAS installation to "marry" the keys to the CAS.
