I just got my car back from Service. Now the car pulls to the right. What gives? Should or can I complain? It wasn't like this before I dropped it off....
The steering wheel was replaced with one that doesn't have rattling buttons. It's a used steering wheel - it came from a field engineer's 525, if you can believe it. He swapped out mine with rattling buttons for his that doesn't.....
I don't think the steering wheel replacement could cause the car to go out of alignment.
Maybe they ran over some serious potholes while test driving??
What could I expect to pay for an alignment?

[/quote]How many miles were on your car before it needed alignment?
What were the symptoms that made you want to bring it in for an alignment?
Was the alignment for all 4 wheels?

It does if the alignment is required as a part of other warranty work. My car had a defective steering rack and its replacement required an alignment that was done for free.
