How much memory does Business Nav Have

My Ride: GONE BUT NOT FOGOTTEN : 530d SE Auto : Titanium Grey / Anthracite Leather, Poplar Trim, 18in 123 Style Alloys, Adaptive Bi-Xenons, Business Nav, Hi-Fi Speaker Package, Heated seats, Split-Fold Rear Seats LR DISCO 3 HSE with everything (including 3 kids)

Has anyone with Business Navigation noticed that it is often possible to start a route without the DVD being loaded. If you select a route in an area that you have navigated to/through recently then the maps are already stored in memory. Even is you go off-route it still seems to have the mapping data.

So I am wondering -how much data does it store in memory ?
