A few good layers of rough wax then fine wax would cover the most of the damage.
Only apply if the damage is not a missing paint. If that's a missing paint, go for a re-touch. That should cost minimal when compare to a new M-tech bumper (sprayed and fitted).

There are essentially 2 types of damage. lost paint like a scratch and applied paint where you are the winner. 
Where you see the white paint it is applied rather than taken away. This is common. This is the easiest. You can actually polish it off. get some medium duty polishing compound and rub it in with a rag until the white is gone. Obviously you need to stop once the white is removed. Then wax as normal.
The other you can use the same compound and reduce the damage somewhat then wax also.That will remove 90%. You will be amazed how ez and well it comes out for about $3
