How many Sport package 5's do you see on road?

I've only seen 2 other non 550's that are sport package.

I'm the only Wagon around town with it ( there is a burgeoning E61 population of 4 now! 3 of which are at the hospital with me...)

I have seen one 535i 6sp sport and one other SGM 535i SAT.
No 530's or 528's
Almost every ( 9-10 lets say) 545/550 has the sport package on it.

Very strange. I was sure that the absolute majority of V8s come with the sport package. What is the point of having a car that cannot handle its own engine.

Wow no West coast peeps responding in here, at least south west anyways. I never paid attention to the sport package but I would guess there are quite a few. Very few Xi's here (for obvious reasons) and I see more E60s everyday than I can count on my hands (with a 15 mile round trip commute). That being said, I see the whole shabang, 525i-M5, chrome trim, shadowline trim, etc. But what has been bogging me is that I've been seeing maybe 90% LCI models on the road. Where's the pre-LCI love in Los Angeles?!

I would have to totally agree. Here in CT, I don't seen any sport package E60s, and I see even fewer 545/550's. I love my car! :-)

What can I say? In the Northeast we are more "refined."

You're refined, targa, and now republican!!
Here in CT hardly ever see sport package, but do we ever see XI's. Almost no 550's. Makes CPO for anything other than an XI very difficult.
