Ah! Cool. I used to live in Surrey for a short while. Lived in Hook Heath, right next to Woking Golf Club. Then moved back to Poole.
Kingston, Esher and Chessington...if you live in Chessington you used to get free tickets to Chessington world of adventure!!!!

Mclaren is in Woking right? Saw the F1 numerious times on the road.

I was living over here when they came out with the E60.

I'd say 20-30% are sports models around here. Or, they might just be shadowline convert poseurs like me.

Ah right! Do you really? Damn, i could have done with that the other week!! Lol!!

Yeah Mclaren is in Woking. Got a big Ying Yang design factory there. Pretty insane. From an aerial view, the factory is part of the Ying Yang sign, and the other half is made up of a lake, of which they use the water for cooling. I'm full of useless information by the way!!

Do u have shadowline or chrome trim. Most of the time shadowline is the sport.

The chrome around the window would not be present in a sport edition. Also the height would be lower. The front seats would be sport with extended theigh support.

In Chicago its mostly nonsport. In fact I always do a double take when I see a sport. Its like there goes a nice 5er!!!!!!!!

Gotta love the sport. Every time I've driven a nonsport loaner I appreciate my sport that much more. The regular suspension aint bad its just no where as engaging IMHO.

Of course ARS is the main factor - the active anti-roll bars are the only suspension difference between a non-sport and Sport E60 in the US (M-Sport package aside, which has different springs, and 04 and 05 cars where sport also had active steering). Your car and DD 545's are identical in that regard - you both have ARS...
Well another big difference is the staggered wheels if you get the V8. The suspension is tuned slightly different. The sport has a stiffer feeling out the box and ars only kicks in at high corning loads. I could be wrong Maybe its the runflats and the lower profile tires? Is also possible there are bigger brakes with the sport too? Their massive babies.

Btw. Before the lci. The sport pack was the best option for the money. Bar none.
