BMW M3 E36 with SMG I: 220 ms
BMW M3 E46 with SMG II: 80 ms
Volkswagen Golf GTI (Direct Shift): 8 ms ( one of those dual clutch thingmy jiggys I think )
At least puts a couple of benchmarks in the open

F1 shifts at 30-50 ms...
But I think that 200 sounds right, the E36 M3 was how many years old? I think that tech has found its way to us...

F1 also has no traction control, our E60s beat it there ;-)

I can say that it shifts faster than my 2004 SMG did. It is almost instantaneous.
