how do you turn off driving lights?

My daytime driving lights are piss yellow and I cant turn them off. Any solutions? Can I do this through iDrive?

Turn your lights to the OFF position. Or get the software update and make the AE's your DRL's

Even when i turn them "off" they still are on! How do I get software update? How much is it?

Really? You can get the software upgrade at the dealer, or you can get 4200k PIAA bulbs that will give you a whiter look.
The update should not be more than $180

Bimmian.com offers zenon match bulbs. They will still look a little yellow but less than before.

On a 2005 E60, they must be turned off by the dealer! I personally just changed out the bulbs so they matched better and have never looked back!
