When I first got my driver's license @ 16 years old, I always do 250km/h just to go home to sleep. 5 years later when I was 21, I'm usually on the 140 range. Another 5 years later, which is now, I am down to 100 range w/ my e60!

In highways usually more than 160 km/h.
In the regular roads it depends on traffic.
Last Wednesday i got a speeding ticket, i was going at 141 km/h in a max.90 Km/h road. 120 EUR......... Plus the usually bla bla bla.....
When alone usually cruise around 200 Km/h in the highway, around 9-9,5 liters per 100 kms.
Usually try the speedo to the 260 Km/h mark....

I just cruise at whatever the speed limit is. Even if it was safe to exceed the limit, it's just not worth the points. Insurance is expensive enough without points.
Maybe I'm just getting old, but this my first auto and I enjoy the more relaxed driving style
I don't know what the speed limit in Portugal is, but in the UK anything over 100 Mph is an instant 12 month ban.
Doesn't the US or countries elsewhere in Europe have penalty points systems?
