they have "intelligent "parking sensors in the car park, infra red/ultrasonic whatever, and it messes up my
parking sensors to "bumped" into beeping mode.

$12K is dirt cheap for a brand new set of Brembo 6 ports. Remember a while ago AK had a set for about $23K ? Personally I think it is a "too good to be true" deal. Give him a ring and see what he says if you are really interested.

I consulted them before that calipers are 2nd hand but just take off from AMG or Porsche.

if off a porsche then it shouldn't fit the E60??
