Since we need to de-solder the existing orange color led and solder the white color led back. Which need some electronic technical background and use soldering iron skill as well. Tonight I will go ahead to amend Pingu's cluster and will post all the process with photo for your reference.

yes my car is down there now fixing
the part is no 1&2 ADJUSTING PULLEY

nah I don't have permit to go for nite drive as usual. May be I can get one years later when my daughter can skip the late nite milk meal. Saw your car at AK shop with new fenders, man it's a total beast now.
