there is a word "arrogance" pinned to some of those super used car sales+they want you to use their finance with high interest rate or rather wait till the next customer.

Have you heard a Jap resturant called Sushi Toku?
about $800 per person and serving "True" and "detailed" Japanese food.
Not much HK ppl knows it, the deco wasnt very good but you want great Japanese food, this will be my first choice.

Otherwise, sushi Hiro is pretty good as well, i love their sea urchin!
