just back from Germany, bad situation for BMW and MB, new models are on hold....
keep your E60's
Brother billhk, before I heard the salesmen saying that the new 5 series should be out near end of next year, or early year after... you are saying this is likely to be postponed further?

Some of you guys might know my recent problem with the lock on my truck, they claim that operation with the wiring earlier had voided the warranty with my trunk, and now ask for $1500 for just the checking up . They claim they had to do a bypass to prevent the shorted circuit ; btw. I had to be furious with them to ensure they give me back the car today... after whole day yesterday, they said they needed yet another day to follow thru (at 3:30pm!) Far out!!

So, the wiring of the car should be the last to mess with if you still have warranty, unless the mod is done like S.Booster, using the original adaptor, no cutting and soldering with the wires are needed, ie. reversible and untraceable

sorry to hear that, glad that itis fixed now.

I know all car makers are in deep $hit right now so they have to cut cost or do some thing about it.
maybe they will bring the f10 out in 2010, we have to wait and see.

I got my vortex installed and taken the vent off and wow itis much faster, the car can breath now.
from 100 to 140 it just zooms up within a few secs so fast, on the way home I was chaseing a 600SL and before the TWO tunnel there was road block and I know they come out at 1am about and I slowed down and the SL just zoom off and he was cort and had to stop n the road block.
I was alright. also there was a 7 seater apple cheasing me too and I just let him pass and he was cort too lol

My AC is OK nothing wrong with it.
I dont think the sencer on the front is the AC cos there is a magnet for the flaps.
maybe when ak47 is free get him to take a look.

It's 3am now and I just got home. No, the PDC still doesn't work. I will have to go to Sing Fei tomorrow and have it checked with the big computer.

Man, it was a crazy drive on the way back. I was blasting 160km/h at the East Kowloon Hwy and felt like flying. I got better from 3Krpm & on. Quicker accelation, faster response. It's time to consider the crank pulley mod
