I will pick up my car tonight at AK47 and will see any difference.

About the header, I thought about it but pass at the end. It is mainly because of the catalytic convertor issue. E60's Cat is original integrated with the factory header. If I change the racing header, I will have to buy the racing Cat & the X-Pipes as well. One quote from RDsport's racing cat. costs US$4000. Plus the header & X-Pipes will cost nearly $7K. For this amount of money, I probably save it for another car.

Anyone heard of Dinan ? They have a Dinan's Throttle Body which should be more cost effective :

Pulley Kit.
Keith, What I found in the market suit for us.
http://www.ruff.tw/BMW/CP.html
I still felt ask AK to follow the OEM to rebuild should cheaper than that
We should need this Crank Pulley instead of Underdrive Pulley, OEM Underdrive Pulley made of plastic and lighter enough.
Does it make the pickup response faster?

H&R Triple C Eccentric Systems

I saw the above item on H-R's website
It seems to change the standing angle of the tyres
Anyone know more about it?

I spoke to AK the other day and he can do the throttle body same as Dinan, since it just need to polish out the throttle body to enlarge the diameter of the throttle and change the butterfly flips

Yes, pickup response should faster than OEM.

That screw used to change the chamfer angle. Large chamfer will best for turn but tire ruin out fast also.
