Will call up the insurance company to see what i can do tomorrow
best wishes to your aunt.

check up on the laws governing the tunnel area with your solicitor, sue the Girl for everything that allows.
now you can get a new re-spray at BMW HK!! thy can fill that small dent in with special stuff, or bargain with their insurance co and get a quote for fitting a brand new M5 rear bumper.....

my 200th post

yeah sue her knickers off.
a few years ago my car was hit in a carpark, he tried to leave but couldn't as the car park people parked a car to stop him leaving- later I made the guy write out a promise note and sign it
and pay me 1500 bucks, after which i had the repair done at 800, BUT the part was damaged on the connecting bits
eg.grille nuts and bolts area, and in the end i had to replace that part, making a net loss.
so Keith get the shock absorbing part which the bumper is attached top checked for damage + pdc sensors, the damage might be more than just a dent

Thanks for all the advices guys
Will definitely get her pay for the full price and check all the related parts at the BMW, think i will ask BMW HK to replace the whole rear bumper and check all the PDC sensors....etc...

Bill, i think i will give the splitters a miss this time and will give your E60 more special/uniqueness in HK
