Quality is ok, acceptable I say as there are squeaks and rattle as with any cars on the road. Most people say the E class is a better car, but who cares anyways. Those people that say that just say so because it's a benz, they don't appreciate driving dynamics. I just love the drive and the look of the E60. Enough said

Also you are driving one now, so you can tell me how you feel about the E vs the 5.
After owning my e60 for over a week , all I can say is , gees, the driving pleasure from a Bimmer is second to none!! I should have bought this beauty earlier !!

I guess that I will never go back to MB for the rest of my life. I used to suffer from a brand new problematic E-class --- broke down twice on the road due to the same fuel pump failure within 8 months, noisy wipers, sizzling radio , unmovable moon roof shade , unfoldable left side mirror and a FATAL BRAKE FAILURE . So excited to get rid of that junky MB.

MB old or new, I would never consider. A test drive is all I would go for.

But a brake failure that's dangerous. What exactly happen?

happy new year guys.
A lot has happened since 2007.

Had a tyre puncture yesterday, had my windows tinted just before new years, and oh... got married last week

The latter of course.

Not a lo chun as of today. But I can join you at the puncture club.
