Guys,

We may have a problem on the 3rd. There will be a big joint-club treasure hunt in the Whitehead BBQ place, I am worry there aren't enough space to park all our cars. So far we have around 15.

Here is the link to their event.
http://treasurehunt.clubpeugeot.org/

The clubs participating in this event will be Audi, MB, BMWOCHK, Mini, Peugeot, MX-5.

Suggestions are welcome for an alternate place if Whitehead is too crowded on that day.
Backup plan is to go back to Garden Farm.

Lawrence, do you have any information from the MB club?

Oh that's too bad. The parking is big at Whitestone, but not that big I think.

Plus how long are we bbqing, as from the last time I went there people start to roast the pig at 4 and only ready to eat at 8 isn't that a bit long for a 80% cooked pig.

I just discussed it with Patrick, if you guys don't mind, we will go ahead and book the BBQ in Garden Farm. Please let me know and confirm the number of people that will be joining.

Yes, MB club is joining this event and they already have 25 members joined! Can the Whitehead reserve 15 parking space for us?
