Just got my car back from service today. Got a new pair of license plate done, it looks much better now, no more peeling on the numbers. Changed all the chrome trim, free of charge. That's the beauty of the extended warranty.

Now, Leslie is my new Service Advisor, I give up on finding Andy. Any of you deal with him before? Seems like he is quite nice, but not as good as Mr. Chui, who had been helping me for the past 4 years.
Stop showing off there mic

Leslie Kwan sucks. Couldn't solve my problem half the time, but he is nice though.

15k for extended warranty is just too much. Unless you visit BMWHK alot to fix stuff which I think most of use don`t what then no point.

for service I go to Sing Fai motors which is very good and I have been with him for 6 years now, most of the BMWHK club go there too.
it just cost me $1480 for a racing oil change, for not racing Mobil 1 gold is only $1000
Racing oil is much better for High revs engine.
Trim will only cost $1500 or less.
Micro Filter X2 which I have just change is $250hk each

For trim, do you mean chrome trim?

I paid $9800 for the first year, and the trim alone, according to the invoice is around $3000-$4000.

If Sing Fai can get me the chrome trim for $1500, I will get the High gloss shadow trim to replace my chrome trims.

Sing Fai is quite good too. I have a few minor mods done by them on my E46 before.

Just came back from the BMW driving thing and we hand out some whipping to those brand new cars.

Cars that I went on are

130i
325ci
x3 3.0

the x3 handles pretty well for a SUV, but the 130i was kind of a dissppointment. I would expect the 130i to be more agile around the turns but oh well...

Yeah, it was a good 20 min of fun, whipping them like Go Kart, my favourite is the 325ci ,the X3 did exceed my expectation, and the 130i is a bit difficult to get used to
