thought the drop is only in the small flat market at the mo and the lux market hasn't changed that much but turnover is low

Usually some smart $ wOuld jump start the investments when everyone is expecting worst not over but as long as u catch the wave, it will be alright.

Yes you are right... prices havent started to really come down... just people more hesitant and cautious.... give it a bit more time....

Buddy of mine just sold his house on Jardines Lookout for HK$500m..... ha ha! The market cant be all that bad! He made around HK$130m profit.

cant c what it is but pioneer never import the elite line into hk. i am sure the water goods co can help if you are really interested.
