If I interpret correctly, you want the M5 front bumper, instead of the M-kit, since you are saying you don't want fog lights. If that's the case, you may have to change the front fender as well, the M5 front bumper is a little bit wider than the stock E60. BUT, some other members manage to fit it with the stock fender, but I'm not sure what other modifications they have to do to make it fit.
For the Quads, take a look at the Hamman quads. Shield's friend maybe able to hook you up with the quads and the M5 rear bumper.
M5 mirrors can be bought at BMWHK for $14000 including installation. The price is pretty much the same if you get it elsewhere. The most expensive part of the mirror package is the anti-dazzle glass, that's around $3000 a piece. So is better off to get it from BMWHK.
19" M5 wheels, should get it in those tyre shops in Prince Edward, BMWHK will charge you arms & legs for the original M wheels.

But I think you should buy the M front for non M5 and don't install the fog lights, that way you get the M5 look without any modification to your bumper.
The rear will fit no problem but need to find a quad that will fit under there.
Are you planning to do some M5 side grill as well? But I think is better not to do it.
OEM M5 wheels will not fit regular E60 you can either get replicas or OEM with 245 front and 275 rear tires. But the sidewall will be inside of the rim and offers no protection against curb.

MIC325/ AC S5,
Thanks a lot. I really have to think about it. maybe i should go for OEM kit. as for wheels i can settle with 275 instead if 285 but does that mean i have to change the suspension for curb protection? PSS9!!!
you guys heard about new 535? am i stupid to have ordered the 530??
Hamann quad does that function at all? i thought only the racing dynamics are real quads.
did any of your guys did what i am trying to do? 100% (at least i try) on the look of M5?
How about supercharged? anyone did that?

Hamann have both dual and quad exhaust, I think for the regular E60 they only have dual for ACS and quad is for M5 only.
I have never thought of going for M5 look even though I like the M kit, but is not a M5 so too much money to spent on just comestic, I rather spent those on my bike. Or better yet a new one
