Yes, have them fix it.
I did complain them my E60 had some noise from the door(s), and the guys good enough to add all door with plastic sticker all round, which was real reduced noise, if not at tall, substantially!

You can swap to whole HID kit with transformer if your existing head light is halogen one.

Just replacing the helogen bulbs with HID kits, you better find someone in MK to do it, simple job and not expensive
