I have never herd of E60 do this on the forum.
what it will be is the sunroof glass will be off set from the frame so it need to be alined again.
this is very common with the sunroof.
When traveling at high speed (100KM/hr), there is some wind noise appearing but I think this is normal for most car, right?

i had my sunroof seals changed on my old e60 twice under warranty, it was ok until i opened the sunroof
a few times, it's a typical fault of the tolerances between the hard cover and the rubber rim ,around 80km up there is some buffeting sound just have the under shade on and forget about it.
