yes some ppl live on the kowloon side and dont drive to HK side and harder to get ticket for the ECU plate.
as for HK side it is much easy to get ticket.
the guy that got 2 ticket say he never go 1 on kowloon or NT side
For me I have had more tickets on HK side than kowloon side and 80% of my drive is on kowloon side.
eg just like droping off some 1 at the wrong place in HK side you get at ticket. Black zone is Central

for local ppl there is no difference for both sides, but saying this I know many ppl that have never been on the HK side
also there is alot of difference in my BBC world.
about 80% of BBC live on the HK side and they dont like to come to the kowloon side.
on the HK side ppl are much more friendly than Kowloon side, maybe because there are more ghost lo on HK side

the capital of HK is on HK Island, legislative council, law courts, stock exchange, Gov buildings,HKU,
Mr Li ka shing etc., all live there.
and they complain if traffic is bad, so all the police are under pressure on HK island.
the danger time is 8-10 and 16.00-20.00, u will get a ticket for anything that they can slap on you.

Do not go up Caine rd in the morning=ticket
Do not park in a single yellow with time restrictions=ticket

anybody got a ticket for tinted windows or blue dipped headlights?

sorry to hear that, the fckkers are well out of order,
i haven't had that issue, maybe because you haven't put anything racy on yet,
try to get new wheels or spray them black and then gain more road respect.

those jazz cars have one mod like a go-faster sticker or radical diffuser and they think they are king of the road,
well give it to them!!!!
sadly due to my easily recognisable number plate i cannot exert any road rage on any of these people if it happens or
my car will be scratched very soon.

so guys don't get special number plates!!!!!

yeah need to change the rim and they will not mess with you but instend of Jazz you will find Audi and MB go after you after the mods, non jap cheap cars like jazz or civic.
was going home from AK and at high way a civic ram up my ass so I gave him the big sound of my exhausts and reved it to 6500 and guess what he could not catch up lol
