I think he knows that why he dont say a work about me going off at 5.30pm and all staff leave about 7pm 
he also know that my kids come 1st before work, so no matter what if my kids nned to go some were or do some thing after work or weekend than not work for me until I have finnish my stuff 1st.
I dont mind working at home over night.
every 1 knows in the comapany that I have the "deadproof gold medel"
that why I have lasted over 11 years
from day 1 till now allstaff in the company has change apart from the boss and my chift designer so I am the 3rd longest staff in the companynow.
he also know that my kids come 1st before work, so no matter what if my kids nned to go some were or do some thing after work or weekend than not work for me until I have finnish my stuff 1st.

yeah I know but he better not pay me more or I will have to do more work and not go on the internet 24/5.
if I was work outside (other company) would get about 30k to 35k but I dont what that.
I what a life and not just work evey day until 10pm and not dinner at home or play with the kids so just 17k is ok for me and finish work dead on 5.30pm 5 day work cool
