It is getting much too hot now so I am planning to get the 3m Crystalline sometime this month.
this stuff is the best to block UV 99.9 and IR at 97%
the old 3M that I have on my old E60 was only UV 99.9 and IR at 33%
for 5 seater $5380 all 9 windows with 5 years warranty
for 7 & 8 seater $6000 all windows too with 5 years warranty
1st car full price and the rest 10% off

"With effect from 1 May 2008, the light transmission rate (LTR) of window glass behind the driver seat (B-pillars) of all private cars and buses was relaxed to a minimum of 44%.
The LTR of front windscreen and side glass on both sides of the driver remained unchanged at 75% and 70% respectively....."
i had checked all 3M product will not fit the requirement regardness with certificate or not
the on which fit the requirement just make no difference (IR 30~40% reduce compare to the dark one IR 9x% reduce)
and UV block for most of them is 99% but this doesn't help much....
i think that guy is definitely real crap ...... (young MK looked guy with gf sit aside....)
cos i can tell his shift skills from the engine sound.... loud and slow
pretty slow shift about 0.7-0.8 sec delay between each shift
but i do see his car from the mirror boosting up very fast.....
damn I miss the feel of turbo power from my 180SX....

for the new 3M it is better.
have you seen mark car it dose not fit the requirement.
now days the police dont care much unless it is very dark.
capt, with ur best intention to recommend others on good products, imo, its inappropriate for you to advise on legality.
