also most car makers use mobile 1 because it is easy to get and very well know brand and like you say it is 100% safe for any kind of engines.
but BMW in other couturiers don't use mobile 1.

No doubt!!
But just too much choices on the market and mobile 1 doesnt come cheap.
I am a strange guy, i cant feel any differences every time after i changed the oil on my E60,
no matter mobile 1 gold label, or the one AK use
Maybe more difficult to feel in larger cc engine??
I use motul 300V on my old MRS,
it does has huge difference though,
the engine is definitely quieter and pick up faster![Thumbsup](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/thumbsup.gif)

my mate (You saw in the repulse bay) is going to get S2000, maybe before the end of this year.
He is looking for un-modded S2000,
what things he should look at in mechanical way? Any well known problems for S2000?

actually, doctors are cheaper than Designers, haha.
But i think Ferrari or Lambo are "too too too" expensive for me, even 2nd hand.
For porsche, i think it might be affordable for 2nd hand and fun for driving when compare the Ferarri and Lambo. (just dreaming
to buy one)
For engine oil, i feel Mobile 1 is OK. I would try Petronas next time, which i used in my harrier before and i felt it is good.

for my old e60 I used 4 kinds of oil
ultraman good start to thicken at 7k $280 4L
ultraman was good and cheap, the feeling is smooth and quite.
Lubrolene SUPER RACING REVO G-SPEC very good start to thicken at 10k about $680 4L
REVO G-SPEC is the best out of the 4 but at a cost
http://www.lubrolene.co.jp/cars/product_revo.html (sorry all in japanese)
shell is ok but it starts to thicken at 3k about $580 4L
http://www.shell.com.hk/home/content...e/helix_ultra/
mobile 1 is not good start to thicken at 1k about $580 4L
