thanks Ricky and AK.
My ride is so bumpy and my wife always complained when she sit in my car.
Ricky and AK suggest to relieve the tyre pressure as they are 38kpa before. Now the tyre pressure adjust to 35kpa. Moreover, the sway bar was adjusted to soft setting. My ride was improved, but still not as original.. .
I know i can't change back all but hope this can help.
again, thanks ricky and AK

the down side of lowering the tyres pressure is increase in fuel consumption but you can always gradually increase the pressure back to 38 so she wont notice. alternatively, just tell her its your car so mind her own biz.
the 3 bars will be out of question of you, you would feel more of the road after installing them.
