Hi Stuart

Thx for the info, wow that's expensive for just the front lip, maybe I'll wait a bit for the complete package offer then.

How's your car? They fix your problem? My seat squeak is 90% gone, Im so happy I gave Brian a box of chocolate to say thank you.....haha

Hope to bump into u again soon.

Today I had a pleasant drive around the entire terriorty HKG -> KLN -> NT -> KLN -> HKG.? Still gotta say, despite all the poor interior fittings, car still drives very well (even my 520i....hehe).

Hi BunBun,
Actually you can placed your order from the BMW parts' dept already. However, they still don't have a pkg bundle offered yet. It means that you have to let them choose/match every little parts and group all the necessary items together and of course you've to pay more expensive prices. (i.e. only the front spoiler with all the necessary part items will cost you approx. HK$15,000 not inc'l the labour/installation cost)

Alohalc

I think the remaining 10% requires a pack of Hawaii's finest Pakalolo (for myself...to help mentally block out the remaining noise...haha)

Hi Guys

Why do u think our local dealer chose not to import the diesel models??? From what I read, the performance matches or exceeds gasoline models and yet diesel is so much cheaper here in HK !? What a shame.

Bunbun,

hi i m new to this forum. Would like to point out that as some smart ass in our smart HK government think gasoline car is a bad thing to the environment, so they bend all of them. And indeed the reality seems to be the opposite, especially for those high tech engine made by Bimmer & Mercedes. What a shame! Those E60 diesel in Europe really seems interesting, especially 535d since their torque is so enormous !

cheers,

Hi all,
My name is Jack and I am in HK too. Today I bought a 530i... Really didn't think I was going to buy 530i cuz I was looking at 545i. But the discount was too attractive.
I would like to meet up w/ you guys when you decide on a next meet.
In the mean time, Can anyone tell me if bluetooth function exists in our HK model E60?

How much did you save by getting a 530 vs a 545? I'm courious to see how much more a 545 would cost over a 530 realisticly in HK.

2004?? You guys dont have 2005s yet in HK or is that why the discount was so much better because it was a 2004.
