not necessarily, eg, you can go into a corner v fast and come out the same speed, thats is not going to need a lot of gas but keith told me he is a slow in fast out type of guy...

And thanks for your advise, i bought my Arai helmet yesterday which had the JIS and SNELL standard
It costs around 3K (The cheapest Arai) but i think it is very good enough for a beginner like me

nah mate, i just dont push it hard at the start stop traffic light situation, i build up the speed gently and do some high speed "curising" on the motorway

Yes i am a slow in fast out guy, thats what the instructors told me in the AMG centre after seeing their desmonstration (Amazingly fast!)
This technique also apply to all kinds of motorsport as it will provide a more stabilities and less pressure to the tyres and brake to the car.

It is safer too, i am a very safe guy and dont wanna die young
