Well, I am going to test drive the Panarama S on Monday, since they are going to have a V6 ("Standard" Panarama, not "S", "4S", nor "Turbo") avail at the same time as the F10...
I am not sure Panarama is better than the 7er, but it does NOT look roomy at the back seats from the photos I saw from their webpages.
Not to mention, that "standard" Panarama will probably be priced at around $1.2m... $200 large out of budget man...
I was considering S300L and 730i was really because they had a tempting price tags of just under $1m... frankly if it is not the performance of the 730i was a little disappointing when compared to my E60, everything with the special priced F02 was a sure winner to me. S300L is surely out of my list now...

But why the Panamera 4S will be 0.6sec quicker to reach 100km/h than the S model?
Too much wheel spin i expect?!
I always thought the 2WD will be quicker than 4WD on stright line
Well, the price tag says it all mate!
With sports car, usually the more you pay the faster it is, which model, whether 2WD/4WD, really doesn't matter, the car will be tuned according to the price anyway I reckon, won't you say?

Come to think of it, do you guys think Catback, Sprintbooster, Splitfire together can boost it a bit to make it more acceptable?

1.2M is alot for the V6, but the Panamera definitely will more turn heads than you will get in the S Class or F01.
For me, i would get the 535i F10 instead, more bhp is better and you will keep the car longer.

Maybe you will be happy with the luxury kit that you will get in the F01 or S class, but as the time pass with less excitment from driving,
you will wanna change the car again. Just my 2 cents

wshine, you will not able to squeeze much bhp from the NA engine, in contrast,
a turbo engine can boost 30nhp easily from a simple juice box.

were u actually expecting an answer from ur last question?

do u notice in f1, they all spin the wheels at the start? on the 4wd, in theory, 4 tyres will give you 2x the traction but in reality, it is quite hard to synchronize the clutch, throttle and 4 wheel to spins but of course these days, we have launch control.

I suspect the panamera will have the best turn in and steering out of these cars. I recall a wise man once said power is nothing w/o control

the most important thing though is what you want frm the car and in my case, what my intermediate boss want
