greetings

for chinese restaurants, my picks:

four seasons hotel
lei garden, in wanchai or ifc are both good.
yeung kee, famous for their thousand year eggs and roast geese

you can also goto the ones at the peak, food is only so so but view is good, need reservation in advance to ensure table w good view
I'm down to ground, so I would recommend The Spring Deer restaurant in Mody road, Tsim Sha Tsui.

in my place, if I forget to close the window, I will get a call from the security. if for some reasons, my entry card doesnt work, they will go through a v thorough check, which some time drives me v mad: its not as if someone would drive in a registered car to steal another car, would they?
you never know.
I would

you need to order the NY steak+grilled shrimp+beer shrimp+strawb shortcake
the USDA steak is the best in HK and i've recently been to Ruth Chris...

it's better than my "local" Bubba Gump which is the one in Honolulu HI,
and you get a panoramic view of HK, at 20.00 you get the nightline lights show.....
the menu has been changed twice, but believe its very consistent.
