As far as I known, Anti-theft alarm system is not a standard feature, some members even haven't can still alive.

for chinese restaurants, my picks:
four seasons hotel
lei garden, in wanchai or ifc are both good.
yeung kee, famous for their thousand year eggs and roast geese
you can also goto the ones at the peak, food is only so so but view is good, need reservation in advance to ensure table w good view
